Ensuring your shirts are a good fit is another very important consideration, so we have provided detailed measurements for each of our sizes. Please take a moment to take your measurements to ensure you select the right size. However if there are any problems with fit, an exchange can be made easily.
TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Simply follow these steps within 10 days of receiving your shirt:
- Send us an email at email@example.com to let us know you wish to exchange or organise a refund, and whether you wish to exchange for another style or another size.
- Place the shirt back in its original packaging. *
- In the original packaging we provided an address label for returns. Place this over your address and tape the parcel.
- Post the item from your local post office. Postage charges will vary, but if you let us know what the postage charge was, we will put this as a credit on your account against future purchases. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage in case we need to follow up with the postal service.
- For a refund, the charge for your shirt will be reversed as soon as your returned shirt arrives. We will email you to let you know the refund has been made so that you can check your account.
*Shirts must be unworn, unlaundered, and in original condition.
